First baseman Kenny Mathews (Diamond Bar, Calif.) went 4-for-4 at the plate with three doubles, a triple, two RBI and two runs scored and pitched a scoreless ninth and 10th to lead the Red Team to an 8-3 victory over the Blue Team on Thursday night at the Urban Youth Academy.

Mathews allowed only one hit and struck out two batters in the final two innings.

Starter Jayson Balades (Port Hueneme, Calif.) threw 3.0 hitless innings and second baseman Francisco Lindor (Clermont, Fla.), centerfielder Austin Cousino (Dublin, Ohio) and third baseman C.J. Hinojosa (Spring, Texas) went a combined 7-for-14 at the top of the order to lead the Blue Team to a 9-4 win over the Red Team Tuesday night at the Urban Youth Academy.

The Red Team received seven and a third innings of no-hit ball from pitchers Kenny Mathews (Diamond Bar, Calif.), Deshorn Lake (St. Thomas, Virgin Islands) and Ricky Jacquez (El Paso, Texas) and scored four runs in the top of the 10^th inning to defeat the Blue Team, 6-4, on Monday night at Goodwin Field.
